There's something rotten in the state of Denmark - January 1st, 2009

Hello 2009, goodbye 2008. You were a good year, but an awkward one. Is it possible, though for me to have a non-awkward year? I think not. But I have high hopes for this year. I mean, we're almost a DECADE into the new millennium, and that can only mean good things, like the development of a cure for cancer that will turn us into flesh-eating, blood-barfing zombies.

Oh, another New Years resolution...I'm feeling I should get a new hobby. I've relied far too long on piano. Piano is so dead, and so are all of the damn composers. In fact, I think my new hobby should be completely non-musical. Because I so love list-making, I will proceed to make a list of potential hobbies:

Knitting: I don't think I have the patience for this.
Video games: Ugh. No. I'll just never understand them.
Salsa dancing: If I could replace one of my two left feet with a right foot, this one might actually work.
Scrap booking: I have issues with glue.
Photography: I'd have to buy a new camera.
I'm too negative to think of a new hobby...
